Refund Policy

 

You agree to the terms of our refund policy and acknowledge that:

 

*We do not issue refunds on the basis of your satisfaction of the Site content

 

*We do not issue refunds due to you being unable to log into the site and/or being unable to receive updates by email or other method due to reasons beyond the control of Yaoifix.com, such as server, hosting site, or other internet, email, software or hardware errors or complications either in relation to Yaoifix.com or to the computer, console, cell phone, or other device with which you attempt to access the Site or any other reason relating to you personally.  It is your sole responsibility to keep an updated and current email address on file with Yaoifix.com and enable your account to accept emails from Yaoifix.com in the case that the update is emailed before it is posted on the Site.

 

*Should extraneous circumstances occur which render the author(s) of Yaoifix.com incapable of updating the Site or sending updates by email or other service, either due to physical difficulties or complications, or unforeseen technical problems or difficulties, this shall not be grounds for a refund. 

 

*Should you not receive your login information within 48 hours of signing up to the Site, it is your sole responsibility to notify the site by email of the oversight.  Should you not receive your information and you neglect to notify the Site within one week of the initial sign-up, this shall not be grounds for a refund.

 

*We do not issue refunds automatically.  You must request a refund by email to yaoifix[at]gmail.com and your reasons for request must match one of the following: (1) you were not issued a username or password for two or more weeks out of the four weeks for which you subscribed after sending an email notification within one week of the date you signed up; (2) you were unable to log into the site for two or more weeks out of the four weeks for which you subscribed due to reasons that were within the control of Yaoifix.com; (3) you did not receive the Site updates via email or other device nor were they posted on the Site for two or more weeks out of the month for which you subscribed and the delay was not due to extraneous circumstances.  In all cases you will be refunded for the month during which this lapse occurred, and that month only.
